convertFrequency()#

function convertFrequency(
   value, 
   fromUnit, 
   toUnit, 
   carrierFrequencyHz?): number;

Convert frequency value from one unit to another. Note: PPM conversion requires carrier frequency (not handled here - returns as-is).
